Kingsley Tedder
Director
Kingsley is a fully qualified accountant with extensive experience as a Board level director. Since 2005 he has been heavily involved in several significant transactions including MBOs, acquisitions, disposals and refinancing. In 2014 he played a lead role in McColls Retail Group’s main market IPO, successfully achieving the flotation in an impressive 4-month timescale.
More recently Kingsley has worked with a range of diverse SME businesses ranging from £3m to £53m turnover, helping owners and management teams improve their businesses. Challenging businesses on their strategy, recruiting and developing management teams and growing turnover whilst reducing costs.
A key area for Kingsley has been assisting business owners with their exit strategy. Kingsley has completed several transactions that have seen business owners achieve an exit at very favourable terms, both financially but also in terms of their own migration from the day to day needs of their business.
Kingsley’s varied experience and financial acumen is instrumental in Mobius Group’s planned growth and acquisition strategy.
Andrew Beer
Director
In a 20-year career in the City of London Andrew worked at several financial institutions, including major Investment Banks. As an Equities Trader he gained a deep understanding of company finances, trading through countless takeovers and mergers as well as historical macroeconomic events.
During a four-year break from City finance Andrew founded, built and sold his own company, gaining valuable experience of the day to day challenges faced by every business owner. That insight makes him truly empathetic when discussing current and future concerns, strategies and exit plans.
Since 2012 Andrew has worked with Board level executives to improve their businesses by optimising procurement processes. The results have had a directly positive and sustainable impact on the balance sheet of his clients, potentially making them more attractive to buyers.
